Dear Sophie and Philippe,
This e mail is simply to say we really enjoyed our visit to Paris and staying in Rue de L'Universite. We really appreciate your efficiency and your website is just perfect for judging what we should rent. I will recommend your company to our friends.

I just would like to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Rue L’Eperon.
It was perfect for our needs, and the location was fantastic.
I have recommended Parisian Flat to friends already.
Many thanks and kind regards

We have just returned from two weeks in Paris. We were fortunate enough to lease 2 Rue Laromiguiere and were very happy. Located in the 5th district very close to the Pantheon, the apartment was just as described. The kitchen is newly decorated and modern and has every feature any american desires. The bathroom was modern as well and nicely remodeled. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with lovely windows from every room, allowing us to take advantage of the lovely breezes. We were happy to have access to free wifi as well as free long distance calls (even back home to the United States, to any land line). There was also cable television and a large television for viewing. The living room has a fold-out couch and there is another smaller room with a computer desk adjacent to the living room. We ate in the kitchen at one of the four kitchen stools, but there is a nice table in the living area for dining, if you want to be a bit more formal. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (two twins that could be separated, if needed) and an ample closet. It was perfect for our trip and we are already planning a return next year and we will rent this apartment again, if we are lucky enough to find it available.
Located in the 5th district we found cafes, restaurants, shops, open air markets, bakeries and the metro all within a few minute's walk. The Paris metro was easy to use and only a five minute walk. The RER train is also about 5 minute's walk near the Luxemborg gardens. St. Etienne's church was around the corner, behind the Pantheon. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be outside of the heavy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to the Panteon, Notre Dame and Luxemborg Gardens and transportation.
We were met at the apartment by Sophie who was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel at home. When we had a question, we contacted them via telephone and they immediately responded in a professional, kind manner. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this property.

Bon Soir Sophie and Philippe
Rue du Cardinal Lemoine was the ideal apartment for us and our friends while we visited Paris.
The location which is has a metro stop at the end of the street is also a very easy walk to the Notre Dame area and so many of the so derail sights to be found in Paris. Having the markets
On Rue Mouffetard to do our shopping was an added treat. The living room and dining area
Were large and a great place to gather a d rest our weary feet each late afternoon and sip a glass of wine and savor some of the French cheeses and pâtés. I will say the couches are in need of a little TLC and not easy to get out of due to being low. The bedrooms were fine and the beds very comfortable. The second bathroom shower could use a shower curtain as water tends to escape the enclosure. The BEST thing however is the location....to open the keyed gate on the rue du Cardinal Lemione and meander up the narrow walled driveway with flowers and lilacs in bloom made you really feel you had escaped to another world. We never heard any noise from other apartments and even listened to the birds outside our windows yet we where in the center of Paris.

Jeanne and I and our friends truly enjoyed our visit at 7 rue Villersexel last month!!
You have done a wonderful job on that apartment and it was incredibly comfortable for all 6 of us.
Do you have any smaller units that might accommodate just Jeanne and me, should we choose to come alone the next visit to Paris?
You have a sense of what works for us with comfortable beds, a working kitchen, and some comfortable area in which to relax.
Jeanne loves a tub as well, but that is a real luxury in Paris.
I'll be interested to hear of other offerings that might suit us.
Again, thanks for a wonderful visit!!
